Returns & Exchanges

At Serge DeNimes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your jewelry; if you're not, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all pieces are unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Serge DeNimes pouch and box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your generated return label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
